Connecting with people who yearn for a greater life experience, no matter where they are in their personal or professional development.
In coaching, I seek to partner with you to serve as your support and encouragement, spurring you on as you seek to become better and more effective in your life and career endeavors. In the process, we will explore your desires, your innate potential, your talents and gifts, and the possibilities.
Discovery will happen and you will conceive new ideas and devise actions to achieve your desired outcomes.
Areas of coaching include life and career, transitions and change, spiritual development and transformational processes.
As a veteran and a retiree with over 30 years of experience in the federal arena, I have served in various leadership, management, and team capacities focused on mission success and organizational progress. Through the years, I have placed a strong emphasis on personnel development through coaching, mentoring, and training.
Outside of work, I am a lifelong wellness enthusiast and have a lifetime of volunteer involvement in the nonprofit and faith-based communities supporting both community and humanitarian endeavors.
My undergraduate studies were completed in education and behavioral sociology. My graduate degree is in Theology.
