It was in seeing the needs first-hand, both locally and internationally, of those living without access to adequate resources to meet the basic needs of day-to-day living, that OOP was formed. OOP received determination from the IRS as a 501c3 organizaiton in October of 2016.

Our Vision

OOP envisions...

...a world where every orphan has a safe, healthy, and nourishing place to live and grow;

...a world where every person has access to healthy and self-sustaining resources for living.;

... a world where everyone takes part in the healing of another through the kindnesses in how we live, love, and interact with each other.

For those who come in for counseling, sometimes there are physical needs that create harships and barriers to seeing progress in counseling.

When identified, OOP can help out in this way and has provided things like food, clothing, transportation, and home repairs.

OOP may also provide children and adults in counseling with an initial one month supply of a quality multi-vitamin and/or other targeted nourishing products to help aid in the transition toward making healthier lifestyle choices that impact both body and mind.

OOP currently helps to support a specific orphanage and neighboring poverty-stricken community in the Dominican Republic outside the area of Santiago. The orphanage has been helped with humanitarian aid such as food, clothing, shoes, building repairs, and new piping to bring in running water.

The neighboring community has been helped with various needs including home repairs, building of new homes, and communication radios for neighborhood watch committees.
